1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between you and Dremofal Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered office at Florinis 7, Greg Tower, 2nd Floor, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), concerning your use of the Company's website and all services made available through it (the "Service"), including all textual, graphic, software, and other content accessible via the Service (the "Content").
1.2 Your access to or use of the Service constitutes your unconditional agreement to be legally bound by these Terms, which establish a binding contractual relationship between you and the Company. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.1 Dremofal Limited is a technology app company engaged in the development and operation of lifestyle and personal styling applications. The Service consists of the Company's corporate website, which provides information about the Company, its technology products, and its business activities.
3.2 The Company does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Service. 7. Disclaimers of Warranties
7.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Without limiting the foregoing, the Company does not warrant that: (i) the Service will be available, uninterrupted, timely, or secure; (ii) the Content will be accurate, complete, current, or free of errors; or (iii) any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100).
8.3 The limitations of liability set forth in this Section apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and regardless of whether the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
9.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of, or activities in connection with, the Service; (ii) your breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; or (iv) any content or information submitted or transmitted by you in connection with the Service.
10. Termination and Suspension
10.1 The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason, including in the event of actual or suspected violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
10.2 Upon any termination or suspension, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Sections which by their nature survive termination shall so survive, including without limitation Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 13.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2 Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.
12. Modifications to the Terms
12.1 The Company may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Service. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by the Company on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and arrangements relating to the same subject matter.
13.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
13.3 Waiver. No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right or remedy provided under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it preclude or restrict any further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
13.4 No Partnership or Agency. Nothing in these Terms shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and the Company.
13.5 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent. The Company may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without restriction.

13.7 International Use. The Service is operated from the Republic of Cyprus and is intended for use by persons who are not subject to restrictions under applicable sanctions, export control, or trade embargo laws or regulations. You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any jurisdiction subject to a comprehensive embargo or sanctions programme administered by the European Union, the United Nations, or any other applicable authority; and (ii) you are not listed on any governmental list of prohibited, restricted, or sanctioned parties. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
